Hey, I'm Stuart. A surrey based personal trainer specialising in strength training and weight loss. Through a combination of personal training and fitness classes I have helped hundreds of people to get healthier, fitter and stronger. I can either train clients at my private gym space or in the comfort of their own home.

I would highly recommend Stuart if you’re looking for a Personal Trainer. Stuart stands out from the other trainers I have used. I am struggling with menopause symptoms and have a long term illness which has affected my mobility. I’m so pleased to say I am now in a position of back to walking, boxing twice a week and more importantly taking care of myself with the help of Stuart building a daily routine at home of up to 40 minutes exercise a day that suits my ability. I trained with Stuart throughout the lockdown over zoom. Stuart was encouraging and motivating me throughout each session. He used different techniques, he explained each exercise in depth and offered nutritional advice as well.
I have been to gym’s before and always shied away from a personal trainer because I felt intimidated by them. It’s different with Stuart. He listened to what I wanted from the sessions and worked out a programme suited to my needs.
I also attended his Boxercise session before lockdown which was so much fun, it didn’t feel like exercise (my body told me otherwise the next day!) I honestly cannot wait for lockdown to be over so that I can get back to classes!
